Portland & Upper Mount Bethel EMS is a Non-Profit Corporation providing Primary BLS Emergency Ambulance Services to the residents of Portland Borough, Upper Mount Bethel Township, and North Bangor. We also provide mutual aid support to the surrounding communities.
